They grow like weeds here and no Australian summer is complete without a passionfruit pavlova. The perfume from these gorgeous purple orbs is intoxicating. You really MUST get your hands on some and make the passionfruit curd. A sponge cake filled with passionfruit curd and freshly whipped cream is an experience not to be missed.Milk and Honeyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11875644940550457953noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3600104279112331871.post-37972035062599070282013-12-29T02:17:16.041+11:002013-12-29T02:17:16.041+11:00That looks positively divine! This "pavlova"was a huge hit, and yes Linus and Liza did get to have some (as the rest of us got to have some Traditional Christmas Pudding too)... we were positively equatorial about it.Milk and Honeyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11875644940550457953noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3600104279112331871.post-14239741795704571692013-12-28T16:29:08.937+11:002013-12-28T16:29:08.937+11:00Passionfruit is a must on any Australian Pavlova. ...Passionfruit is a must on any Australian Pavlova. The children are on nearly 2 months vacation from school, so we all just relax and break our normal routines. The night air is warm, the days are sunny. I am a bit in love with the Food Dept, I hardly ever make their recipes but I drool over them every time a newsletter arrives. Love your interpretation of this fantastic 'pavlova'. So, so delicious. I do hope that Linus and Liza had a bite also? You're used to have your Christmas time with that so :) & your frozen pavlova looks simply amazing.
