Some bread recipes are overly convoluted and can be off-putting, but I really do think this is an easy recipe. I think if you get too anxious, it can transfer into the food - that goes with any part of cooking. Just relax, take a deep breath and roll up yours sleeves... it's the only way to go.Milk and Honeyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11875644940550457953noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3600104279112331871.post-52082646092202847722012-10-02T09:15:24.894+10:002012-10-02T09:15:24.894+10:00Thanks swati. Thanks swati.Milk and Honeyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11875644940550457953noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3600104279112331871.post-82369076193423143162012-10-02T00:06:38.599+10:002012-10-02T00:06:38.599+10:00Ok, I am completely and utterly jealous.. You see,...Ok, I am completely and utterly jealous.. You see, I have a fear of yeast. Yes, I know, it's very sad. It just strikes fear in my heart when I think about using it. I suppose I've watched too many cooking shows where they have talked about the water having to be the "PERFECT" temp in order for the yeast to bloom?? Goodness...So, how much do you think it would cost to ship me some of your beautiful baguettes?? ;))Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08824473044182303509noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3600104279112331871.post-13680036099672731792012-10-01T15:19:16.409+10:002012-10-01T15:19:16.409+10:00wow! looks perfect, i can almost smell the freshne...wow! looks perfect, i can almost smell the freshness of it....yumswatihttp://makeityum.com/noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3600104279112331871.post-49352644567618335662012-10-01T13:37:36.124+10:002012-10-01T13:37:36.124+10:00Hey Jessica, thanks for your comment. You don't want to use the broiler or grill setting, as this gives direct, uneven heat. I hope this helps.Milk and Honeyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11875644940550457953noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3600104279112331871.post-89114312568167999622012-10-01T13:32:23.995+10:002012-10-01T13:32:23.995+10:00@therightrecipe.org.
