When it's "that time of the day" and you finally get a chance to kick off your shoes and put on some music. When you can plonk yourself down in a comfy chair and close your eyes. When you can take a deep breath... IN... and OUT. Make sure you have one of these in your hand. Oh, and a bowl of pretzels within arms reach.
Rosemary Lime Cocktails

Rosemary Syrup for Rosemary Lime Cocktails:
makes 1 cup of syrup
makes 1 cup of syrup
For the Syrup:
1 cup water
1 cup sugar
3 sprigs fresh rosemary
Combine all three ingredients in a small sauce pan over medium heat. Bring to a boil and allow the sugar to dissolve. Remove from the heat, cover, and allow to rest for 30 minutes. Remove the sprigs of rosemary and allow to cool. Store in an airtight jar in the fridge.
For the cocktail:

Fill a glass with ice cubes. Squeeze some lime in. Pour in a few tablespoons of rosemary syrup. Pour in a few more tablespoons of vodka. Top with sparkling water and sir.
