Natural Muesli
from Sunday Life
Makes 8 Serves
2 cups wholegrain rolled oats
2/3 cup unprocessed bran
1/3 cup sunflower seeds
1/3 cup pumpkin seeds (pepitas)
1/2 dried blueberries
1/2 cup toasted natural almonds, roughly chopped
2 tablespoons wheatgerm
Put everything into a bog bowl and mix it up. Store in a airtight container.
To Serve:
Place half a cup of Natural Muesli into a a bowl, then add skim milk or top with yoghurt. Add some chopped fresh fruit on top.
