Pina Colada Smoothie




 



Have you just made breakfast for your children? Have you just made the beds, thrown a load of laundry in the washing machine, cleared the breakfast dishes, done an hour-long workout, planted seedlings in the vegie garden and shopped for dinner? Me too. Let's have a Pina Colada Smoothie and pretend we're on a tropical holiday...we could do with a break.



Pina Colada Smoothie
Makes 1 large smoothie

3/4 cup Almond Milk Plus Protein
1/4 cup Greek Yoghurt
1/4 cup whole grain oats
1/2 cup diced fresh pineapple, chilled
1/2 frozen banana
1/4 cup light coconut milk

Throw everything into a blender and blitz.
