NOTE: The patties you see here are from my O.M.G. Burgers. I grilled split wholemeal rolls, smothered them with Piquillo Pepper Butter then topped them with O.M.G. Burger patties and sliced avocado. I may torment my family, but I do feed them well... eventually.
from Food Network
125g unsalted butter, slightly softened
2 piquillo peppers, patted dry and chopped
2 cloves garlic, chopped
1 teaspoon chopped fresh thyme
1/2 teaspoon Spanish paprika
1/2 teaspoon sea salt salt
freshly ground black pepper
Blend the butter, piquillo peppers, garlic, thyme, paprika, salt and pepper in a food processor until smooth.
Well your pictures are stunning and you do let them eat....eventually. And I am sure it is worth the wait.
ReplyDeleteIt is true, your pictures are always incredible Jen :) This butter is really interesting, another thing I will have to try ;)

Thanks so much Patty. If there's any way of improving butter, and I'm still not sure there is, then adding piquillo peppers to it would have to be a contender.
ReplyDeleteGive it a go Gabrielle. Delicious on warm toast... promise.
ReplyDeleteThanks for your comment Laxmi. I'm happy to follow your blog.
