Hi Jennifer, These look fabulous, I agree with you that most baked doughnuts are more cake like. Do you think this batter could be made the day before and refrigerated overnight and then left to rise in the morning. Thanks Carol.
Thanks for stopping by Carol. Yes, I think you could slow proof the dough overnight in the refrigerator, knock back and cut your doughnuts the next morning.
