Coconut Carrot Smoothie








What this bunny drinks after a 45 minute run.


Coconut Carrot Smoothie
adapted from A Cozy Kitchen
Serves 1

2 carrots, peeled and roughly diced
1 cup coconut milk (I used full fat)
1 frozen banana
Pinch mixed spice

Put everything into a blender and blitz until smooth.
