Coconut Carrot Smoothie
adapted from A Cozy Kitchen
Serves 1
2 carrots, peeled and roughly diced
1 cup coconut milk (I used full fat)
1 frozen banana
Pinch mixed spice
Put everything into a blender and blitz until smooth.
Oh yum. Perfect recovery smoothie :) and such a pretty way to start the day!
